My heart journey

In the summer of 2019 I noticed that my heart rate was getting slower and slower. It finally got into the 20 and 30 bpm so the dr decided to put in a pacemaker, which they did in August.  My heart rate has been great since then until today, January 12, 2021.
I felt slightly nauseous when I got up this morning and very tired. I basically sat in my recliner all day. After lunch I was feeling worse and so I took my blood pressure. It was good but I noticed that my heart rate was 98 bpm. That is very abnormal for me.  I checked it several times and it was always fast and irregular.
When Carrie came home she got my oxymeter so I could have a better idea about my pulse. It was all over the place from the 80s to over 120 bpm.
We decided to go to urgent care, where they did an ekg. I was told I was in afib and needed to go to an emergency room where they can monitor me for a couple of hours.
