6/4/2025 had a severe pain in right groin. I went to the ER and ended up being admitted.  Nothing was found to explain the pain. After 4 days I was transferred to rehab.

Levothyroxine 150 mcg daily

Carvedilol 3.125 mg 1x

Atorvastatin calcium]  (lipitor) 10 mg daily 12/13/19)]

Eliquis 2.5 mg 2x daily started 1/12/2021 

Amiodarone  Hydrochloride 100 mg 1/day, started 4/23/2021 for afib

Premarin .625 2x/week

Furosimide 40 mg 3x/wk and 20 mg 4x/wk

Famotadine  2 mg 2x daily

Trazoodone 100mg at night

Calcium 600 mg 2z daily

AREDS 2 for eye care 1/d
