I wouldn't use coconut milk like it says in the recipe, though, because I don't want a coconut taste in my chocolate ice cream (although I'm sure people like that). I would instead use almondmilk or oat milk because it has a more neutral flavor, and just add extra frozen avocado to help the creaminess.
